01The challenge
The space was small, just 4 m wide. The owner wanted the café to feel spacious, be easy to spot from a distance and open its doors within 45 days.
02Design concept
We moved the coffee bar up to the storefront and replaced the wall with folding glass doors. In the morning the doors open fully and the café flows onto the sidewalk; at night the golden lights make it glow on the street.
03The result
- Turnkey build completed in 42 days
- Woodwork made in our workshop and installed in 3 days
- Lighting set to 3 scenes: morning, afternoon and evening
The café is small, but everyone walking by looks in. We had regulars in the very first month.
Results
The café opened right on schedule, and revenue in the second month was double that of the first.
