Old House Renovation & Upgrade

Reinforcing the structure, redoing the plumbing and wiring, and rearranging the layout so an old house works well for many more years.

01Condition survey

Old houses often have cracked walls, leaks and worn-out plumbing and wiring. Our engineers inspect every part to decide what can be kept and what must be redone.

02Reinforcing and rebuilding

Weak floors and beams are safely shored up before any repairs. The plumbing and electrical systems are completely rerouted for long-term use.

  • Temporary shoring when replacing floors or widening openings
  • Waterproofing for the roof, walls and bathrooms
  • Rooms rearranged to suit the family's current needs

03Finishing

Once the structure is stable, the house is plastered, painted and fitted with new fixtures, just like a brand-new home.

Results

The old house is sturdier and drier, with a layout that suits the family today.
