Kitchen & Bathroom Finishing

The kitchen and bathroom use the most water in the home, so they are finished with care, from the waterproofing layer to every grout line.

01What the family wanted

The family needed a kitchen that is easy to cook in and easy to wipe down, and a bathroom that stays dry, with no leaks or mold even after years of use.

02How we finished it

The floors and lower walls of the wet areas were waterproofed in multiple layers and flood-tested before tiling. The stone was chosen from real samples so the owners could see the color and veining before ordering.

  • Tempered glass shower screen, with the floor gently sloped toward the drain
  • Heat-resistant stone countertops and moisture-resistant wood cabinets
  • Outlets and kitchen lights placed to match the family's cooking habits

03Handover

Before handover, every faucet, floor drain and fixture was test-run together with the owners.

Results
