Warm Wood Apartment

The living room, kitchen and bedroom share one palette of wood and beige, so the whole apartment feels warm and seamless.

01What the family wanted

The family wanted a warm apartment with few things on display but plenty of storage. The rooms needed to read as one unified whole, not a different style in every room.

02Design direction

Light oak is the main material, paired with beige walls and deep-toned stone. Indirect ceiling lights and table lamps give a soft golden glow in the evening.

  • Floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinets in the living room and bedroom
  • An L-shaped kitchen with a small island that doubles as a breakfast table
  • Double-layer curtains to adjust the light throughout the day

03Construction

The woodwork was made in our workshop to the drawings and brought in for installation after the electrical work and painting were done. This keeps the site cleaner, tidier and the job faster.

Results

A warm, tidy and easy-to-live-in apartment: every room shares one palette, and the furniture fits each corner perfectly.
